Staff were lovely, food was good. Location was awsome. Had big table out back. 10 of us enjoyed it very much. Parking was free for 3 hours also. Or park underneath hotel. Will return.

Food was Ok, nothing fancy. Expensive for what we had. Very noisy in casual area. For $125 for two including a bottle of wine shared between 4 plus 2 beers, overpriced. Would go for a drink but not in a hurry to dine again.

Good food at reasonable price, excellent service and great location. my steak sandwich was well done and well presented. my friends whiting fish and chips was well cooked, crispy chips and batter. Good selection of beers on tap.

Terrible service , tiny meals, lack of ambience, poor atmosphere. We came here to see whether it would be suitable for a function and we have just cancelled this idea very disappointing. Don’t waste your money! Quality and service is an absolute disgrace

We were waiting at the desk for someone to come and greet us and show us to our table for quite a while with no one in sight. We were all disappointed with a lack of options and variety of meals to choose from. Too much steak and shellfish. Very few gluten free options. One meal was very disappointing the Roast Chicken was dry, no sauce or jus etc and odd bread type add on, and no veg or salad garnish.

The menu has changed with very limited food selection. Seems to be more like pub meals, not in a hurry to go back for a meal.

As much as we love the Raffles Hotel we feel it lacks atmosphere. This may be due to winter and being confined to inside. The food is superb, and the staff atentative.

Amazing food - in particular the octopus and wood fired chicken. The Creme brûlée was delicious as well. Will definitely be returning again soon

Great venue ,service was well done by staff and the food and wine exceptional. I think Raffles has raised the bar in the areas I described so is as usual nice to see.

What a great place to catch up with the girls post COVID on a cold wet blustery day! The welcome was as warm as the room and the food and drinks were just right! Well done!

Very disappointed with the service, we had to wait 25 mins for our drinks & that was after we had to ask again for then! Food was also very disappointing, none of us enjoyed our meal. We spent $260 ( 3 adults 2 kids) won’t be going back again
