We went for dinner. the food was excellent, the restaurant has a nice atmosphere thanks to the dim lights.However the service was very poor and not at all at the level of the one we got in other Porto's restaurants

The menu is extremely complete and diverse. The food, particularly the chef's specialties, superb. The service is extremely attentive and looking to please. They even had the care to join our tables spontaneously, for we had to book separately. All in all, it is a must!

The staff were helpful and welcoming. The ambience was relaxing and congenial. The food was delicious and the servings were generous. We had eaten a big lunch earlier in the day, and regretted this as we couldn't have dessert! I will be back.

Whilst the service and the ambiance was good, the quality of the food wasn't quite there. For an appetiser, I had the Crunchy alheira on a bed of oyster mushrooms and BT egg. It was well presented and would have been good, had it not been too salty. The pizza garlic bread was also over salted. For the main course, I opted for the Beef Wellington with optional sides of French fries and roasted vegetables. The beef inside the wellington was very nicely done and was delicious. Unfortunately, the chef had heavily sprinkled the pastry with salt which negatively impacted the overall taste. Our biggest disappointment was the Lime Cheesecake. Three of us ordered the cheesecake and we were all disappointed. The pastry chef was trying too hard on this one and presented a deconstructed cheesecake - that didn't resemble a cheesecake in appearance or taste (see attached photo). Whilst I almost finished mine, my daughter only partially ate hers and my grandson rejected his after one spoonful.

As you will understand we can't produce dishes that please all the customers, we'd like to get it very much but that's impossible. The quality of the raw materials we use is the best, with our Chef Bruno, preparing the dishes with care and commitment. The taste is subjective, we repeat, that we take good note of their considerations. Hopefully next time you will be your utter fully. All the best.

The food was not really good. The meat was "passed" and the sushi is usually better than today. The service was near terrible, as we asked for the home menu and it took more then 45 minutes to be served...
