10/10Fantastic dinner!!! Lovely Place in the centre of the Town. The plates were fantastic and the waiters clearly explained all of them. The price was the most unexpected surprise since we expected a higher check for what we ate.

9.5/10We were looked after by David and Deborah. very attentive, gave us a history of the connection with the vineyard and the wines. Food was excellent, we had the sea bass and the beef cheeks. The oxtail croquettes as a starter was a real treat. would highly recommend for an evening meal.

10/10The staff were very knowledgeable about the food and the wine and took lots of care in sharing recommendations based on individual personal preferences. The food was wonderful! A standout dish was the octopus starter. We were a table of 6 and allowed to remain after eating for a short while to talk and drink coffee. The interior design is modern, sophisticated and clean but the lighting gives a cosy atmosphere. Very close to some lovely bars for drinks after dinner too!

10/10Very friendly staff, efficient and knowledgeable. Food was excellent I had steak cooked the way I asked, my partner had seabass that she enjoyed. A bit pricey but in line with food and service.

10/10Where to start… in short, amazing service and excellent food and cocktails. The host Maria met us with a smile and an introduction to the entire staff as we were shown to our table; you can tell they have a lot of pride in their restaurant and they should. She gave us an overview of the evening’s expected experience and menu, then introduced us to Daniel, our waiter who joined us with a couple of welcome cocktails. Much more than a waiter, Daniel was fantastic as he educated us on the regional wines and cuisines. He didn’t hesitate in offering samples of wines, ports, and even desserts. We cannot say enough about the fantastic experience with Maria and Daniel; they are excellent and will definitely take care of you when you’re visiting Real in Porto. Lastly, they are also a great place to go if you have allergies to passion fruit ;) Thank you Maria for the laughs, we had a great time!

7/10We went on New Year's Eve and had a set menu. If you go another time and are able to order from a menu your experience may differ. For us, the food was disappointing. The starters weren't bad, the fish was okay, although two of our party chose not to finish theirs. The beef was mediocre, vegetables were good, the two of our party who ate dessert, enjoyed it. The red wine was mediocre at best, heavy on tannins and not a lot of side notes. Since it was bottomless, I suspect they chose from low on the shelf. At 185 Euros each, the food and drink quality were definitely not worth it. I would not recommend going here for a set menu meal. Service was very good.

10/10This is a beautiful restaurant with wonderful ambiance. The atmosphere is relaxed and congenial. Our servers were well informed on wine suggestions. The food, particularly the fish dishes, was superb. We topped the meal off with a shared Creme Brule. All in all, a wonderful experience.

10/10One of the best dinners that I had this year. Cozy and authentic Portuguese restaurant. My highlights are the octopus, the abade’s pudding and the chocolate cake. Besides the staff are very helpful and friendly.
