9.5/10Yet another visit to this restaurant- love the quirkiness of this - sharing plates in the order they are cooked - not necessarily starters & then mains! Not sure exactly what nationality they serve - a combination of Spanish, Japanese, South American , Asian - but we really like it. My only criticism would be that the bench seating is very hard and uncomfortable… but the food makes up for it!

10/10100% on everything Amazing food , so good that we only have one night left and didn’t think anywhere else could compare so we’re booked again tomorrow night! Friendly service too, would not miss out on coming here if we return to Valencia

10/10Entramos en el restaurante y la primera impresión, fue extraña (no me preguntes por que....) no era lo que esperaba....... Pero a medida que nos iban atendiendo y estando en el restaurante fue cambiando. Y cuando empezó a llegar la comida fué espectacular.

10/10Maravillosa experiencia. Una comida diferente con unos sabores peculiares. Pedimos calamares, rollos vietnamitas, arepas y angus y todo riquisimo. Los dueños una pasada, trato amigable y muy simpaticos. Para volver!!!!!!

10/10We, 6 friends from Australia, had a great night for my wife's 60th. The food was great as was the wine. It was very comfortable in terms of the table, chairs and temperature. Paco the host was great fun. It was very reasonably priced given the high quality and inventive food. Highly recommended.

10/10Refugio offers a different type of mediterranean food in a fun atmosphere. Dishes are designed for sharing so it's possible to try several dishes. The cochinita pibil is a favorite but all are consistently good. Paco and his wife play interesting music and are delightful. Highly recommended.
