3.5/10Whilst the place is very sharp and clean, giving off very fancy vibes. We left after 40 of only getting a drink. People around us were getting serviced, but there seemed to be a lack of attention. The menu was a book meaning 2 cm thick.. The prices high. We walked out. You make you choice.

4.5/10The menu was great but ordering a 28 dollar tortellini dish thar consisted of just FIVE little tortellini was a joke. I have quite a small appetite and I was still starving afterwards. A shame as it was really delicious but just so stingy - I wouldn’t go back for this reason

8.5/10The high cheese was immaculately presented, enjoyed the Mumm Champagne. The waiter had no idea about our booking seated us at a table then moved us, then dumped a menu in front of us. Came back after 10 mins with water, waited another 10mins to take order and there was only 1 other table seated at 10am. Our beverages order never showed up had to go ask at the bar and he still missed one of the drinks ordered. Beautiful venue.

5.5/10It’s a beautiful venue but it’s nearly completely empty when we walk in on a Thurs night. The lighting is too bright for such a beautiful evening venue. some parts were lovely. Our cocktails were delicious and some of the food was good - esp the bread that came with the hummus. But the goat cheese tortellini pasta was extremely hard and underdone and the miso eggplant dish with endive needs instruction on how to eat it, I was the only one at my table who had to tell the others. At the end of the night we asked for takeaway boxes as we had a few dishes we’d barely touched (like the tortellini) which we wanted to take home. The waiter told us they had no takeaway boxes in the kitchen at all. He said there was no way we could leave with the food, which was almost 2 full plates!!

9/10Nikki, the host that sat us was the epitomy of what excellent service is all about. She's engaging, highly trained and outstandingly professional. Even her water pouring techniques were professionally done. Keep up the great work Nikki. Your smile and attentiveness were the two factors that will draw people back to this cafe again. We had a good view of the CBD.

9/10Nice place, service was a bit slow, but that maybe due to limited staff during covid

7.5/10Nice light venue with views over Town Hall. Food was nice and well priced if not exceptional. Unfortunately like so many Sydney venues that are all shiny surfaces quite noisy.

8/10We will return just for the donuts - those were delicious. Service can be inconsistent depending on who you get. Interesting clientele of which my daughter and I didn't fit into but we had fun anyway.

6/10Bought the lobster sandwich with Russian salad. The lobster and bread were nice but the Russian Salad was disgraceful. Looked like poor quality frozen mixed vegetables. Very poor effort with a lobster dish.

10/10Great atmosphere for a catch up with a friend. Service was patient and great. Food was delicious and a bit more elegant than your usual brunch place.

7/10We had a good time with the girls. The drinks took longer than the food. The chicken parfait was lovely but I don't rececommend the lobster open sandwich. The service wasn't the best. We made a special request online (for the bday) and also asked to have the cake in a big plate with a candle and some writing but the waitress didn't get it. I like the ambience but not sure would come back again

10/10Service and food quality was fantastic for our bottomless brunch. The staff were hacing a great time, and were extremely attentive to guests. The decor and location of Reign cant really be faulted, you feel as though you are "living the high life" whilst also belonging. The food is quality over quantity in the best way possible. Drinks are well qurated and topped up fairly. They also made my wifes birthday extra special by being conversational and treating her with a candle. Defintely a new favorite venue of ours.

6/10We waited a very long time for somebody to attend to us when we first arrived. It was only when we actually walked into the restaurant that someone came to help us. After that wait we were left a very long time before someone took our order. Then I ended up having to top our drinks as no one came near us. The cheese platter was excellent. The noise level was terrible. We won’t be back.

8/10Nicely presented food. Went in a group of 4 having lobster sandwich that was well seasoned with an interesting mix of sweet potato chips, bacon bits and other textures. Dessert was quite appealing visually and flavours to match.

9.5/10I always like going to Reign, the food is always excellent and the service is of a high standard with being obtrusive. Pricing is good and it always feels like an occasion to be there.
