Back in Paris again after 13 years and our excellent meal at Restaurant Ambos was a great way to begin our time in France. We had the 5 course tasting menu with wine pairing. Everything was delicious. the staff were welcoming and attentive, and the ambience was delightful. Standouts on the menu were the langoustine and fish with beets. Outstanding.

What an amazing place! Cozy yet refined atmosphere. Love the surprise menu of food and wine. And to top it off many of the dishes are presented and served by the chef himself. This place will be on our list to return each time we are back in Paris.

Some of the most creative food to be found in Paris. Every dish was a surprise and each flavor complemented the others. Just wonderful! Had to return a second time before we had to leave Paris.

This is a great combination of talents! A french cher, a Venezuelan Chef and a Colombian Pastry chef. Delicious food and great vibe of a restaurant! I will come back in my next trip ...for sure!

Best meal we had in Paris! We loved the creative combination of French, Latin and Thai flavors executed with excellence and finesse! Service was friendly and personable and we were even kindly welcomed by the talented chef himself! We can’t wait to return and will joyfully recommend Ambos to all our foodie friends!

Cristina, her husband and team have accomplished what they set out to do. We felt like we were welcomed into their home. The food was phenomenal, creative and personal and the service attentive and kind. We loved watching everyone in the kitchen and front-of-the-house staff work together.

Absolutely outstanding. We have experienced 3 star Michelin restaurants . The 7 course was unbelievable, each course was simply to savor. Exceptional. The service and ambiance cozy and fabulous. We sat near the working kitchen which we enjoyed. The owner was present and should be proud! You must go!

This was hands-down the best restaurant we ate at in Paris. The staff was so helpful and friendly, and they happily accommodated my vegetarian husband. Not only the best food we ate, but a highlight for our whole trip. Excellent restaurant ????
