    Service before eating non- existent - we had to ask for pre-lunch drinks, then we had to ask for the menu, then we had to ask for our choices to be taken , then we had to ask to go to the table. Lunch Menu getting worse each time we visit - now more like a cheap pub. We will not be visiting again

    Excellent food..the staff were first class and attentive. and the atmosphere was wonderful. Highly recommend a visit. Want to go and experience the hotel and spa.

    The restaurant was good and the food also acceptable. However the portions were small. The prawns were small and there being only 3 with no dressing in the starter.. The pastry with the tart was dry. The cheese with the cheese and biscuits was not very fresh . small portions and not a great taste. There was no butter. Prices were high but it was post Covid lockdown
