Cosy restaurant in a tiny village in the countryside. Regional touches to a classical French menu. We had lunch with 5 on the terrace. Would definitely recommend.

Nicely placed in the little village of Le Mesnil sur Blangy, but what a disappointment. We had heard glowing reports: unfortunately, they were wrong. The outside table, a round metal affair had seen better days - it was rusty and the central hole which, in it's day, held a parasol was distorted and bent. It was not an attractive place to sit. A table cloth, even a paper one, would have been acceptable and hidden this eyesore. A fixed price, 3 course menu, with a good option choice (even a vegetarian one!) so, all started well. The entrées were fine, albeit they didn't involve any real cooking. The main courses we chose by chance also did not involve much cooking either except mine, which was the size of an entrée; ie spartan, and was burnt. The desserts were however, nice and reasonably generous. The worst aspect however of our lunch was the service. The only waitress, I think in fact was the owner, and she just was unable to cope on her own with all the orders. There were close to 30 people inside and outside. All the other guests were suffering the same problems, and here, a simple little apology and explanation could have helped, but was not forthcoming. A great shame: they have much to learn. I hope it's not too late for them.

Beautiful place near all the touristy ones. In a very small village, this restaurant is perfect if you want to retreat from the overpriced coastal places. Efficient menu, quick service, with a smile. Short but good wine menu.

This is a great restaurant owned and run by a lovely couple. The food is excellent and very good quality. The service is faultless . The restaurant is warm and cozy in the autumn/winter months and then in the warm sunny months has a delightful outdoor terrace with great views. Nice and peaceful. Well worth a visit!
