Whenever you visit Holland (or when you live there!) and you love food, then make sure to visit the Librije in Zwolle. It's the best restaurant of The Netherlands, awarded with three Michelin stars. Okay, it's expensive, but it's so worth every penny. Every course is mindblowing and inspiring. It really is art. My favorite dish of the night was the red mullet. I can't choose which I think tasted next best. The egg with caviar is one of my favorites. But the langoustine with kombucha too. And the dover sole... Mission impossible. It's all fantastic. End of story. And what a great ambiance. Put this restaurant on your bucket list.

One word: WOW!. One surprise after the other. Swept of our feet when we entered and left happy and drunk 6 hours later. Costs as much as a weekend for two in Paris but well worth it!

Absolutely the best culinary experience ever, even it is pricey. For those who truly love cooking and fine food, it is payoff from a culinary journey. I certainly like to do that not in a regular base, because the best memory is always few.
