Gary creates elegant and delicious food influenced by Indonesian and French styles which he serves with a gentle and customer centric approach. And now we get what it takes to win masterchef. We had such a great time. Hoping that this pop-up restaurant will really remain as a permanent gem in the neighborhood. (Ps take the rendang kroketten, they are wonderful)
The ambiance in the restaurant is very relaxed. We shared the ceviche of sea bass which was good but lacked a bit of seasoning and acidity. Our mains of duck confit and pork rib were outstanding. Great presentation and flavors in both dishes. Definitely will return!
