9/10We enjoyed a wonderful lunch with traditional cooking based on fresh ingredients well prepared and beautifully served. Taking in local produce the flavours were outstanding and reflected the long history and solid structure of the surroundings. Highly recommended.

5.5/10From excellent duck fillet, perfectly cooked, to good starters but too small and really too cold for the current weather to disappointing service. not a good value for money, even less on a supposed American Express "tous au restaurant" promo. We have been customer of the hotel and the restaurant for almost twenty years now. the place and the atmosphere remain exceptional, but I would suggest you revisit your approach of a "tous au restaurant" initiative.

CADRE HISTORIQUE - Dans la baie éponyme, au bord de la Via Consularis qui menait de Milan à Strasbourg, les bénédictins ont érigé au XVIIe cette splendide abbaye où l'on vient se ressourcer, comme Cézanne en son temps et Jean Reno, plus récemment. Tel son reflet dans les eaux du lac d'Annecy, accessibles aux hôtes depuis les pontons et la plage privés, l'abbaye est intacte. L'enceinte du cloître abrite de somptueuses chambres meublées Empire ou XVIIIe.
CÔTÉ CUISINE - Le Chef, Fabrice Taulier, vous suggère les gnocchis faits maison au fromage blanc en entrée, puis le la pièce de bœuf de nos régions, pomme savonnette en Parmentier. Pour le dessert, le "citrus x-paradisi" à base de pamplemousse, bergamote et crème glacée au timut ...
