This has sustained as one of our favorite restaurants in St Remy. Gorgeous atmosphere, beautiful product, welcoming service. It feels special and also inviting.

The restaurant was great but very much a place for tourists. I don’t think anyone was even dealing French. Food delicious and service was lovely though

The setting is a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool/garden area. The service was very good, friendly, polite without being familiar. Whilst the setting was lovely, there was a slight sense of “stuffiness”. One of us had the MENU VALRUGUES @ €105, the other the MENU DECOUVERTE @ €90. The Valrugues suffered from too many different flavours and textures, some of which worked and others didn’t. The quality of the food and the preparation was without question. The Decouverte offered simple choices for each of the 3 courses; fish was chosen for the entree and plat. This menu seemed to work much better; the flavours melded together and the fish was without fault. The Decouverte offered better value for money with a more satisfying finish in the mouth. The impression from the Valrugues was that it was trying too hard. A worthwhile experience but choose wisely.

Everything clicked tonight. From the shuttle pickup at our hotel, to the simplicity yet depth of the menu , the quality of the food and preparation, the friendliness and discreet/ non pushy service and the environment. A beautiful anniversary night for us and one of our best meals in recent memory Thank you!

Nice seating, attention to detail, fast and friendly service worthy of any occasion. Good chat, but not too much. Food and wine excellently advised. Wife: sweet fruit-desert. Me: cheesecart rolled up and choice of many with excellent explanation. A very pleasant experience! You get the idea that the waiters are happy to work here..Thank you

We had a delightful lunch on Christmas Day at this elegant restaurant just fifteen minutes walking distance from the center of Saint-Remy-de-Provence. The food was well prepared and plentiful. Our main courses, the scallops, beef tenderloin, and scorpion fish, were delicious. The service was prompt, professional, and we were warmly received. Next time we are in Provence, we will consider staying at the hotel in which the restaurant sits. The hotel’s lobby and grounds were beautiful and the atmosphere was tranquil and relaxing.

Enjoyable, efficient service, lovely outdoor seating near pool separated by a hedge with trees overhead.

Lovely setting. Gracious and attentive service. Hit and miss on food - rock hard buns and tasteless tough meet. Portions huge - could lighten up. Such a beautiful setting and dining terrace, but a worn dingy hotel in the inside. Seems like it has an identity crisis.

The starters and desserts were great, our main courses - we both had fish - a bit plain and uninteresting. I would recommend to choose meat when visiting the restaurant. Be aware that the champagne they offer as an apero comes at a high price. The environment and atmosphere is lovely though...
