three of us went on a Monday night. Great service, very good food, at a reasonable cost. I asked for a salad which was not on the menu and they were happy to make it. The venison filet was great.

Fantastic service! We were a party of 9 (3 children) and all enjoyed the food. Prawns, tournedos, hamburgers.. It was all deliciously prepared. Staff were very attentive and surprised the birthday girl. A great evening with the family.

Iets Anders is a very new operation.
They publish on their internet two phone numbers for reservations, but both were "blocked" or not yet active.
A voice recording would have been very helpful.

When you go to the address, look for "Bardot", because the sign shown on their web ("Iets Anders") is not yet installed at the front of the building.
Also the menu at the "stoep" is without a restaurant name.
We where in front of the Pub and looked and looked for Iets Anders..............

"Iets Anders is nu gevestigd in Bistro Bardot".
For us this seems to be confusing,
are you now Iets Anders or the Bistro Bardot?

When we visited it was a very, very noisy British Pub. Very busy (good for the business) and very loud.
They call it "Een waanzinnig gezellige ambiance".

The owner or manager gave us a very friendly welcome and guided us to our table.

We got the menu to make our choice, but bad luck for us there was zero mentioning about the special/s of the day!!! It was a fish, which we would have loved to order.
We later (to late) asked the waitress..."Just read the board" was the professional anser.

One of the items I ordered was some bread and butter (was served in a little basket) and asked the waitress for a small plate.
"You don't need a plate you can eat on the table", was her professional answer.

Not knowing about the (fish) special, we ordered some meat.

The food was alright, no complaint.

The place has an open kitchen, so it is exciting to see the three cooks doing there job, discussing with the waiters picking up the right food, etc.
It was fin to watch this process.

As it is a new place, there "final performance" can - in all fairness - not be assessed.
They work very hard, the place looks promising,
we wish them that they make.
