SAINT-MALO INTRA-MUROS – Dans une bâtisse du 17ème siècle, occupée autrefois par le bar le plus emblématique des nuits malouines, L’Absinthe vous propose aujourd’hui sur quatre niveaux (café, bar et restaurant) son ambiance détendue et chaleureuse.

SAVEURS FINES – Le chef Stéphane Brebel privilégie le produit local et de saison, avec une carte renouvelée fréquemment. Sa formation aux Maisons de Bricourt avec le chef Olivier Roellinger et son expérience en Savoie et à la Réunion, ont forgé une cuisine créative magnifiant les épices. Attardez-vous sur la carte des vins, à l’accent terroirs.

VUE SUR LA HALLE AU BLÉ - Dans la salle des Halles au rez-de-chaussée, un espace calme et intimiste vous permettra de réunir 30 à 35 personnes pour une réunion familiale ou professionnelle. Animations sur mesure.

The food was good but service dropped off at the end of the evening. I never got the paired wine with the last course & had to go downstairs to get any service.

Highly recommend. Very delicious and friendly service. Wine and food excellent. I had the seabream and my husband had the lamb menu. Well worth it!

We were late arriving but the staff were wonderful, I also had a slight change to the menu as I do not eat meat & they actually gave me choices of vegetables, I am full of praise for this restaurant
