10/10This was the last day of our holiday, and probably the best meal that we had. The food and service were exceptional. Each course was thoroughly explained and beautifully presented; the flavours were delicious. A memorable occasion which we can’t wait to repeat. Highly recommended

8/10The service was impeccable but the food was deceiving. Only one choice of fish and one choice of meat. That's really not enough, particularly when the choice of meat is sweetbread which is really not to everyone's taste. The oysters were cooked in 3 different sauces that were so overpowering that you couldn't taste the oyster anymore.The cheese platter didn't have much flavor, adding seagrass to a cheese is really not the best idea. It's just a gimmick. The best parts of the meal were the amuse bouches and the mignardises. All in all, we were quite disappointed.

6.5/10The food was either too salty or too sweet, although well made. We came in as the third party of made and for some reason got out last, the waiters just kept forgetting about our table in the center of the room. The sommelier was visibly in a bad mood. Was looking forward to the visit - quite unfortunate

7.5/10The welcome at reception in the hotel was lukewarm. We were asked where we had reservations for, the bistro or the restaurant? We said the restaurant, twice and the receptionist proceeded to tell us the hotel had 2 restaurants. We repeated again we were eating in the restaurant not the bistro. Not a great start ! The food was delicious and couldn’t be faulted. The lobster main course was exceptional, The service was attentive to begin with but became less so as the restaurant became busier. We had to pour our own wine towards the end of the meal.... a small point, but for a Michelin restaurant it wasn’t up to standard.

10/10Great place and marvelous dinner. We had the Lobster menu - 3 Lobster dishes plus cheese and souffle - with a bottle of Chablis 1er Cru. It was a bill of 300 Eur for 2, but really worth it, as the taste and the creativity were amazing.
