2/10Made reservations from Canada months prior to going which was confirmed by the restaurant. Upon arrival after walking 20 minutes to get there from our hotel we found that they were 'closed for vacation'. Would have been nice to inform us of this so we could have made other plans. We saw another couple there who had the same thing happen to them.

Het is zeer duidelijk (op de website)aangegeven dat wij gesloten zijn ivm vakantie. Tevens is uw reservering nooit geaccordeerd. Toch willen wij excuseren voor de verwarring!

9.5/10Lovely evening and delicious dinner at Olijfje. We had a large mix if starters all were delicious. The service super friendly and quick. The restaurant was full and a bit noisy but we liked the buzz around us. Thanks Olijfje we highly recommend to all!

10/10Four of us went out for an evening meal at 7pm on a Wednesday night to celebrate my birthday. So glad that we booked. Every table was taken for the whole evening - but we still had great service and superb food. We enjoyed every course of our meal and would recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately it was our last night otherwise we would be going again.

Restaurant en tapasbar Olijfje is een uitstekende plek om een avond Mediterraans te komen genieten van in het hartje van Amsterdam. Gasten worden dan ook volledig in de watten gelegd, zoals je in het Zuiden gewend bent. Bij restaurant Olijfje kun je terecht voor mals vlees en verse vis. Denk hierbij aan Spaanse tapas, humus, tzatziki, bladerdeegrolletjes met Turkse fetakaas, Griekse dolmas en gepaneerde gamba's. Er is altijd genoeg keuze voor de vlees- of visliefhebber en vegetariër. Bijzonder is dat de chef-kok de gerechten op een echte houtskoolgrill bereidt.
