About the restaurant Restaurant Reborn

I am hot chicken

A new piece of the Orient here in Amsterdam. The vibe is complete with the Chinese signs on the walls and coloured candles on the wooden tables. The Asian ramen and rice dishes are true Contonese fusion, where names such as 'Lazy cow' and 'I am hot chicken' appeal to the imagination. Luckily the capable staff knows exactly what's in it!

Very pleasant reception and service, and excellent food. A fine place close to the conference center to eat quietly with friends or colleagues. Good counselling for the menu

We were 8 people Looking for interesting food after the conference at the RAI.
Such interesting names for the dishes!
We had some fantastic dishes including steamed sea bass (Dragon of the Sea) , a very tasty and large soup (Angry cow mad farming), Asparshrimps (shrimp ball skewered on an asparagus), Truffle black angus

Other dishes were OK but not as interesting (Dancing with shrimps, Green curry, Cold black cloud)

And best of all, the bill was very reasonable!
We were very happy we decided to try this restaurant and will try to come again.

Had dinner here last Friday with a couple of friends.
Food: plenty of choice for meat lovers and non-meat eaters (lots of seafood) prepared in different ways (steamed/ fried etc) and in different flavours (spicy, sweet sour). Interesting dishes which you cannot find in regular asian restaurants. You can taste the chef's passion for cooking. Portions are good for sharing and to try multiple dishes. Highly recommended: typhoon shelter dishes and pumpkin soup topped with chewy black glutinous rice
Service: attentive staff, explained ingredients and made recommendations based on diet requirements.
Decor: modern interior - right noise level (you can have a conversation while having dinner) - eye for detail (there is a box for ladies to put their bags in, so you don't need to put it on the floor)

It's was Wednesday, 22.20 and my boyfriend and I were starving. We saw this new Asian restaurant and went in very skeptical about the food.
First the interior is very modern, stylish and gives a pleasant ambiance to enjoy! The owner and staff are very nice, ready to help you chose the right dish and make your experience there great.
But the best thing is there was the food! The dishes are truly exquisite, the flavors are really blending great together, showing that they give attention to every detail when cooking. Everything was super fresh, even at that late hour and the dishes are indeed creative, as the name of the restaurant says :) We will totally be back here for delicious dinners!
