The Michelin guide has always been for a filter for quality, inspiration, emotions and service. However, I didn't feel what I always feel at other Michelin places . The menu was little bit boring for me. The dominant taste of the menu during my experience is salt and pallet scorching acid. none the less the ingredients are of high quality. Long pauses and waiting time of 45 min between the small and scarce courses to keep you hungry and never getting full. After our visit we ordered cheap delivery pizza to get full. This 275 euro menu with wine and none alcoholic pairing failed to fill me up. The wine pairing except the last dessert wine was not unique and not complementing the menu in my opinion. The non alcoholic pairing was in my opinion somewhat based on vinegar, Fermentation and sour ingredients which didn't go well with the dominantly sour salty menu. Service was nice and helpful however too slow during the service. As mentioned above 45 min waiting time and wines for the pairing are served already 30 min before the arrival of the dish. I also felt some lack of attention to the table as our water was empty for some time without notice by the service. For this experience I feel disappointed, paying 275 euro per person for a restaurant that doesn't compare to other Michelin star restaurants I tried. I highly recommend the restaurant to adjust menu size and add more fresh, green and fruitiness to the menu. Make sure that the staff is sufficient for the number of guests to ensure a smooth Michelin star dinner.

A true gem. We had a 7+2 course meal with 7 different wines. A tremdous journey for eyes, ears and any gustatory and olfactory senses. Differnt surprises and many new interpretations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Restaurant Sparkling Bistro. All of the dishes were well done and showcased the different cooking techniques and ingredients. The wine selection was great as well.

We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Nearly every course was spectacular, making use of top quality ingredients in interesting combinations. We had the wine pairing, which was a fascinating survey of mainly German and Austrian wines.

Excellent food and service. An explosion of tastes and textures, excellent wine pairings, very creative and delicious kitchen. Well beyond one star, It should have two Michelin stars.

It was a little chaotic at the beginning. Before we really sat down we have already been asked which menu we want, but we where absolute clueless. The dishes tasted amazing. But for out opinion not enough. We were still hungry. Overall a nice experience with great food. The restaurant overall is a bit loud and a bit to expensive in our opinion.

Dear Carsten, thank you for your review. This was our first Week after 8 Month of Lockdown. To start with a new team is in our business really hard. We are verry sorry that the service was not good for you. Our dishes are made with verry high quality products, your coice yesterday was 5 courses. if you are more hungry we have a possibility to upgrade to 7 courses and our cheese option. Maybe you will give us a chance to be better at your next visit.
