10/10This was a great find. Limited menu which is sensible in a small restaurant but the food was delicious and a bit different. Service was excellent with the chef explaining each dish. Reasonably priced for a great eating experience.

9/10The meal itself (for 7) was excellent. The price was rather high compared with other restaurants of high quality nearby, and while the service was friendly, efficient and good-humoured, less appreciated were that expensive wines and bottled water were rather pushed on us, without disclosing the price or waiting for us to consult the wine menu.

9/10I liked the service especially, they are really responsive and nice. I like the starters very much, main course is good and the desserts I ordered a trio Sorbet, but I liked 2 flavours and I didnt like the citroen Sorbet. Again, its just my opinion but the rest of the things are wonderful.

9.5/10Great food, great service! The staff was friendly and the chef came up to us and explained the elements on the dinner plate - as they use fresh ingredients of the day to create the flavour pairing with the protein. The surprise desert plate was yum! Overall we had great evening and enjoyed our visit.

10/10Our dining experience was simply outstanding. The staff were very friendly, courteous and attentive. Although the vegan options were limited, each dish was amazing and the chef kindly made vegan adjustments where possible (Bird’s Nest). The salmon preparation and presentation was superb. The chef was so nice and explains the ingredients and preparation of our entrees. We highly recommend choosing this when in Haarlem (it’s also close to Frans Hals museum and St. Bavos.

9.5/10Humble giant. The place is small and the kitchen even smaller yet the food competes and surpasses multitudes of Michelin star places. It is sublime. If you are looking to enjoy food the way it made to be enjoyed this is the spot.

10/10Booked this based on a high rating and they totally deserve it! Food was excellent. Zucchini soup was terrific and the stuffed pork loin was the best I’ve ever had. Service was lovely and the chef himself brought our dishes and explained ingredients. Highly recommend.

5.5/10I've never seen a smaller, thinner and poorly cooked ribeye steak in my whole life. On top of that the taste was sub-average. The quality is poor for the price you pay. I do not recommend this place.

10/10Our dining experience in Subliem was fantastic from start to finish. By far the best meal we had in the Netherlands during our stay. The food was cooked to perfection and the service was super. Marcell was very welcoming as out host. A visit to this restaurant is a must. We will be back on our next visit!
