The restaurant Tancredi is very close to home which is one reason why we repeatedly go there. The other and way more important reason is that the staff is nice, the wine is good and especially the Octopus (but also the other dishes we tried) is excellent!

The food was superb - the best octopus I’ve ever eaten (and I try it often). Dessert, wine, appetizers- all was delicious. Our waiter Robin was great - joked and understood humor, very welcoming and genuinely warm person. No pretense place with moderately priced menu. What else to wish for?

Food was good, and the discount makes prices lower than what I would consider fair honestly. Service is good, very quick and they also served us free appetisers and a glass of wine even though we booked with the fork, so bonus points. Overall very good.

Even though we arrived late, (21.15 and the kitchen closes at 21.30) the server was friendly and attentive. He had a good knowledge of wines, the food was excellent (amazing desserts) and overall a very enjoyable experience.
