Het restaurant straalt een rustige sfeer uit. De bediening zeer vriendelijk. Het diner was goed. Biefstuk had malser gekund, en medium gebakken was te rauw.

Restaurant Zilver is the culinary heart of the Fletcher Hotel in Nieuwegein. The name 'Zilver' comes from the 'Silver city' of Schoonhoven and also fits very well with the luxurious atmosphere in the restaurant. An arty place with a lot of black against warm colour details. The chef creates wonderful combinates, such as strawberry-peppersyrup and parsnip mousseline. Let's get surprised!
