7.5/10The experience to have lunch in the Bodegas Marques de Riscal, restaurant 1860, was great. The service was outstanding and the presentation of the dishes was beautiful. However, the dishes of the menu tasted somewhat ordinary. However, I must say, may be this is to harsh a judgement, as the menu should be traditional Basque, which clearly couldn't be high ciusine, We had 2 of their premium wines, which were really good. Particularly the great match between the Baron de Chirel 2017 with the hake of the main course was a real treat, so we bought a few bottles when we left.

7/10The mood and the view was spectacular. It’s located in a hotel designed by celebrated architect, Frank Gehry however we are a little disappointed with the food. We got the tasting menu and some of the dishes are average. Would not come back to this restaurant for me.
