    First time at El Castillo de Son Amar. Arrival was fantastic with the kids. Castle, room to play for them, nice decoration...all pointed out that we were in for a great Sunday lunch. Reception was nice, we were sat at our table quite fast...and then our deception began. Service was quite poor. Young waiters/waitresses with lack of attitude and knowledge. We asked for 3 still waters and got 2, we asked for cheese and garlic bread and only got one...then we asked for some more wine and got it after 20 minutes, when we were about to leave. Entrees were nice, but our main dish, the lamb was overcooked. Shame. We had three different desserts, chocolate and orange ice-crean: ok, brownie: not too good and piña colada panna cotta: nice. Kids loved it, we enjoyed having a different environment and having the children spending a nice afternoon, but food and service were barely decent. Ice skating was fun, cheap and made us go home in a great mood. I am sure that if service improves we will return...for t

    The service needs to improve!. Had to ask repeatedly for items; wine list, starters, extra bottle of water etc. Food average
