Restaurante Falésia

Great place for dinner. Excellent menu options and service. We were not expecting much since options were fairly limited late-ish on Christmas night and were pleasantly surprised.

music to loud even after we are the only ones left they didn't turn the volume down food really disapointing and to fancy but not up to a basic level of quality and preparation twists on classic dishes that would be better to not make them (leitao)

We loved our meal here. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The setting was fantastic and they had a saxophonist playing in the background which was great. Best of all is that my son who is coeliac was able to get a gluten free pizza and whilst the normal processed pizza meets wasn’t gluten free the chef (he is also a coeliac) concocted a meet pizza with steak which my son loved. A wonderful evening and certainly a highlight of our holiday.

A refreshing menu change for the Algarve but the restaurant is set in a massive apartment complex which is not conducive to a relaxing, refined meal for outside guests

The restaurant was a little difficult to find as it’s in a resort with no signage on the street. Once we found it, the setting was lovely and we were serenaded by a very good smooth jazz saxophonist playing to recorded tracks. The menu is extensive and the wine list features many terrific wines of the region at reasonable prices. We ordered some tapas sized starters that were excellent especially the Gambas and Bruschetta. The grilled bread and salad which came with them were perfectly seasoned and added a nice touch. Our entrees were also great. I had the Snapper and my wife the Lobster Ravioli. Our initial server was nice but didn’t really know the wine list. Our later server was very knowledgeable and terrific. We skipped dessert as we were completely full. Great wine and food and setting. Make sure to give yourself time to find this place if you’re not staying at the resort!

The menu offers plenty of choice & there is an extensive wine list.The food was amazing & was presented beautifully. We were treated to great service & beautiful views
