Dining at the Martuici has become a regular event over the last few years on our visits to Madeira as we have always enjoyed good food and service. Our latest visit was no exception, we had another enjoyable dining experience. With the Fork 50% discount offer it is very good value for money.

The food was great. We went there twice and the first time the service was good but the second time our waiter was quite unfriendly and unhelpful in answering our questions about the food on the menu. Actually he was quite rude to us.

we loved this place so returned and discovered a second room. we much preferred the simple decor thete with wood and big glass light bulbs suspended on rope. a saxophonist we had heard elsewhere was placing gentle music. a lovely last evening in Madeira.

both service and food were excellent. so great that we are returning this evening. the decor is a very strange mixture, not to our liking and we were disappointed that the music was not at all classical. we believe that there is live saxophone this evening which had prompted a return.

Service was excellent from Rachel and Miguel however main course not up to Matutvhi standard Veg was overcooked and steaks not done to order with the parmizan crust been a mushy sauce. Chef needs to up his/her game

The cheese risotto & shrimp bisque were great. Ordered the Exclusive menu which was great but way too much food to enjoy. However a great price for a 5 course dinner with wines included. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful meal we had yesterday! Food, service, ambience were absolutely perfect! Really nice staff and the food was exceptional! Would recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a delicious dining experience and we will definitely return when we visit Madeira again!
