8/10The thing that stood out the most was the amazing service. Food was really good and the deserts are to die for. Location kinda remote so we enjoyed the peace and quiet. Overal we loved it.

7/10The food was like canteen food. Overcooked and re-heated. Not at all what we expected from the Parador chain. Two subsequent Paradores - Lerma and Santillana - were equally poor. For the prices charged one would expect more. And for the reputation of the Paradores also.
