10/10Great restaurant. The food was amazing and the staff attentive and helpful. We had one gluten free guest with us and the restaurant were great at accommodating this without making them standout. Look forward to dining here again.

10/10The Santo Thomas is in the Parador Alcala but accessible from outside. The staff are friendly and the service good. A range of dishes with regional flavours. The first course is ample, but the mains must be had as they are equally delicious. To recommend such a place is very easy. The wine waitress was knowledge and the choice she made admirable. Eat, Enjoy.

8.5/10Always pleased with Paradores service, surroundings, food and price, always. The staff is well-trained, fast and competent. The buildings are astonishing and this one is no exception. You don't spend too much and you really benefit from the Spanish hospitality experience. Only caveat at Alcala: service a bit too fast!

5/10The Food was heavy and almost tasteless, definitely not worth the bill we paid. This was probably the reason why the place was empty. The service, instead, was amiable and quick.

5.5/10Meal was correct except that I had tu return my rice dish because it wasn't cooked enough, no apologies or anything. Also there was no mention at the time of booking that the main attraction of the restaurant, the views to the patio, was closed as the patio is being refurbished, it would've been nice to know beforehand.

7.5/10Any remnants of the original historical monument are not much evident in the modern design and artwork of the restaurant and hotel lobby! A facsimile ancient Bible is nicely displayed.

Se ubica en un edificio del siglo XVII, antiguo convento de Santo Tomás que forma parte del conjunto declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la Unesco, en el centro histórico de una bellísima ciudad como Alcalá de Henares. Es el Parador de Turismo Restaurante Santo Tomás. La historia del recinto contrasta con la decoración vanguardista del restaurante, lámparas esculturales y colores neutros que sirven de marco para una cocina basada en el producto de calidad con platos de base tradicional y toques modernos. No dejes de probar las croquetas de ibérico y el lomo de bacalao a la manchega. Los postres son una perdición, da igual si pruebas los piononos de convento, la costrada de Alcalá u otro, todos están buenísimos… La marca Paradores es sinónimo de calidad, por eso te recomendamos el restaurante Santo Tomás.
