Los postres que tomamos no estaban a la altura de la comida, sobre todo el pastel de cacao que en realidad era un brawnie que llevaba ya mucho tiempo en la nevera y se notaba no sólo en la textura ya algo dura de más si no incluso en el sabor. Por lo de más todo correcto aunque no excelente. Hemos comido en muchos paradores y este no es de los excelentes.

Location, location, location... Simply unbeatable. The food is great and the service was good. A real highlight on our trip to Carmona. Highly recommend it!

Nice restaurant, but no vegetarian/vegan entrees. But they had ingredients to make vegetarian, such as mushroom risotto but with Rabbit, so would have been nice to have the risotto without rabbit. When asked about veg alternatives or if changes could be made, none was offered.

El lugar es hermoso. Solo comimos ahi, pero debe ser un lugar ideal para descansar. No nos hospedamos ahi por la distancia con Sevilla que es la ciudad que visitabamos. La calidad de la comida de primera.

I have a garlic/spring onion allergy. There was very little on the menu which I could chose but for salads and some fish. I had cod with a sauce which was altered to a tomato based one. Tasteless. The fish was a long time since landing and was more like bacalau, tough and salty. One staff member who was from Kerrla India was very competent and friendly.

We have eaten here several times in the past and what they are best known for is cooking game and unusual meats like goat. They are always superb. Staff courteous and helpful as usual.

At first they said that there is no reservation, after waiting a few minutes, they found the reservation and we got our table for 9 persons. But then were waiting for 40 minutes until we could place our order - during this time, we did not even get any wather or bred, which was very upsetting. But the food we got after another 30 minutes was very nice.

The views are spectacular. The kid was so good we had it more than once. The steak was also very good. We split a steak dinner and they made a point to present it very nicely.

Restaurant at the Parador de Carmona is, like the whole hotel, a beautiful space. A recreation of a 16th century banqueting hall, but not in a tacky ‘Disney’ way, with a spectacular view over the beautiful swimming pool and the flat farming landscape that stretches as far as the eye can see. The food is very good and for a vegetarian like myself they actually have a number of dishes to choose from - fairly unusual in Spain. Lovely service too.

The food was good, the choice of dishes okay. Not up to the level of such a restaurant was the service, especially at the breakfast. Guests were kept waiting for minutes at the entrance and tables were cleared instead of taking guests to one of the many empty tables.
