El aperitivo de aguacate en pan bao, para olvidar. El foie excelente y los tallarines de espinacas ricos. El lomo de ciervo sobre la crema de boniatos lo impregna, debería colocarse en el plato al lado, no debajo. Los huevos fritos con parmentier con ajo se sirven en un plato hondo, imposible degustarlos sin mezclarlos, deberían servirse en un plato plano. Postres excelentes, especialmente el helado de queso, la mouse de chocolate muy gustosa. Servicio un poco lento para 4 camareros con 7 mesas, pero atentos.

The food was good. Local dishes were tasty. The service was a bit too efficient. No sooner had the amuse Bouche arrived but the waitress wanted to take it away as the main course had also arrived. The desserts were disappointing. Dont bother with them.

Fuimos a cenar el domingo de Ramos (día movido en Cuenca) y, a pesar de lo concurrido, el servicio fue rápido y atento. Todo muy bueno, especialmente el lomo de cierva.

Nos sirvieron todo con mucha prisa. Las croquetas frías, lo comentamos y las trajeron recalentadas. Lo demás, correcto pero olvidable.

This was a surprisingly lovely experience. The restaurant room is gorgeous, the service was friendly and efficient, the food was delicious and the portions were generous. We weren’t staying there - just wanted a quiet lunch away from the crowds. We really enjoyed Cuenca Parador.Restaurant

Food was mediocre at best and the service erratic. Paid over 100€ for a meal that is not worth the cost. And no atmosphere in the whole place - DEADLY DULL !!

We had dinner in the beautiful courtyard at the Parader de Cuenca. The food was wonderful and the lighting and violinist made it a memorable experience.
