Fuimos a cenar porque estábamos alojados en el aparador y el ambiente nos encantó. Hay variedad de platos para elegir y una extensa carta de vinos. Aunque el servicio no fue rápido pese a ser apenas 5 mesas ocupadas, fueron súper amables y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Los platos se sirvieron tibios, lo que en algunos casos le hizo perder intensidad de sabor y textura. Repetiría para darle una segunda oportunidad.

Nos decidimos por el menú tradicional de La Granja....espectacular y contundente. Capaz de saciar cualquier estómago. No pudimos terminar todos los platos.

We had to wait for over 40 minutes to get our main courses, after finishing our starters. It too the waiters another 20 minutes to get the dessert, once we were done with our main courses. In the meantime the waiters were walking past our table and we had to yell at the mitre d' to get some attention. All in all, it was a terrible experience, which a customer should not have to go through. Frustrating and disappointing, this is definitely not the service we expected form a parador.

Personal excelente: atento, educado y amable. La comida, por desgracia, ya ni es lo que era tan solo hace unos años atrás: pedimos una pintada y estaba poco cocida y con una salsa que no tenía nada que ver. Vino "YouandMe"... Terrible... No repetiremos.

Muy, muy lentos… Una sencilla comida para tres comensales que empezó a las 2 pm, no pudimos l”terminarla hasta las 4,15 pm. Nada más que añadir.

The people in the restaurant really save the face of the people arround town and on the hotel front desk. Maybe due to the cold weather . They were very efficient very knowledgeable about the food and wines and the service in general.The place extraordinary and very well mantained.

A good meal with generally good service. The dining room was very busy that night, so some delay could be expected. The wine list could be improved by having some wines available by the glass -- I only saw full and half bottles on the list.
