6.5/10Lovely food, beautiful vistas but the waiter we got was surly from the word go. She told us to turn glasses around, did not wait for my husband to taste the wine before pouring mine. and never filled our glasses.

6/10The food was OK but as I don't eat meat I was very limited with what I could eat, and the polpo I had was quite tough, not as tender as I would have expected. There was no choice of wines by the glass and the ambience was very sterile.

6.5/10I would not recommend this restaurant. The initial impression was bad because of the unpleasant host (a gentleman whose stern expression is no different addressing a customer than it is when he is yelling at staff). Otherwise, the service was good and the food was acceptable, but not memorable. I would not come back.

8/10The food was excellent amd the service very good, it was quite quiet in the restaurant so atmosphere was lacking but the view made up for it.

10/10It was a nasty, rainy night when we checked into the Parador. We were very glad we had made reservations to eat there. Food was wonderful, as were presentation and service. We have enjoyed many more casual meals on this trip but it was a nice change to be in a more formal environment. I had veal, my husband had goat. We both enjoyed our meals. Wine, by the glass, was excellent, too.

9.5/10Excellent food and service with beautiful view of Tajo gorge. The fried goat cheese, migas, and local cheeses were tasty starters, and the cochinillo as a main plate was first rate. Lovely local wine called soleon made for a memorable lunch.

4.5/10Food was tasteless, haven't had this bad experience ever. Food seemed to have been in fridge before serving and just heated again before serving

8/10Jose and Tamara were excellent hosts attending with great care to our many questions and selections. The Parador is a wonderful hotel but the restaurant does not have the character one would expect of such a prestigious and historic building. In fact it is a hotel buffet breakfast room. The Pate de Perdiz is very tasty. The Suckling Pig was superb. The Guinea fowl was reasonable. The apple and pear in puff pastry, disappointingly, came in a crepe. Wine selection was good and reasonably priced. I would recommend having a pre-dinner drink on the terrace as the view is spectacular!

8.5/10The food was very good. The staff were attentive but not overbearing. My dessert of coconut and pineapple soup with a sorbet and fresh fruits was fabulous and my husband wished he ordered the same! And the desserts arrived with a wonderful glass of Pedro Ximenez. All in all a delightful evening and one I would be happy to repeat.

5.5/10Requested meal on balcony with view. When I realised I was seated inside the matradee got angry when I said I wanted to go outside for a minute to take some photos. The fish was dry.

3/10Waiter was pretentious. Was not friendly at all. Atmosphere was very sterile, not welcoming in any way. Food was ok. Presentation was nice, but food itself was mediocre. Have eaten at other paradors. Was very disappointed.
