6.5/10Special occasion with my wife, wonderful location and good food. But service felt rushed, like they did not want us there. Bad attitude topped off when told Paradores only serves one type of tonic, which did NOT compliment the delicate local lavender gin. Untrue and unacceptable. Left with a bad taste in mouth and not only from the G&T.

10/10A beautiful dining room matched by exceptional service and food, We were made very welcome and despite our lack of Spanish, the staff helped us order some wonderful food. The vin de la casa was also first class.

10/10Loved this restaurant, they had the best solomillo (filet mignon) I have ever eaten, it was like slicing butter because of how tender it was… it’s a little pricy but we had a wonderful meal and wonderful service …

9/10We enjoyed a very good meal in a beautiful room in the Parador de Siguenza. Fyi, there wasn't much English spoken (and we don't speak Spanish) - not a criticism, just an fyi.
