The atmosphere is cold and uninviting. The service is friendly but sometimes a bit intensive or even awkward. Completely overpriced for the quality or even quantity, but above all quality. You can easily get a better deal at supposedly inferior restaurants within the same radius. Its fame comes exclusively from its privileged location overlooking Vilamoura Marina.

Excellent meal, great service from all the staff especially Emanuel who looked after us very well. Fantastic food, all courses were very tasty and well presented, the desserts in particular were very creative and beautifully done. Really good value for money with the promotional offer with The Fork through March

We recently visited this restaurant and had an amazing experience! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was very peaceful and quiet. A key part of our great experience was our waiter, Antonio: he was incredibly kind and definitely the best in town! We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Amazing food, amazing service, beautiful restaurant. We have a 2 year old and 4 year old and initially panicked that this wouldn't be the restaurant for them. Couldn't be more wrong the staff made napkin art for them and brought over colouring books. We had the steaks and they are some of the best we have had in the algarve.

If the Tivoli is the Emperor amongst hotels in Vilamoura, Pepper’s Steakhouse is surely the Tivoli’s jewel in the crown. Situated directly facing the eye-catching marina, this restaurant provides an appropriate setting for a delightful evening, attended by professional staff whose enthusiasm for their tasks at hand is matched only by their authoritative knowledge of the food and beverage which they serve. A particular thanks to Emmanuel and Ines who successfully walked that difficult tightrope between attentiveness and intrusiveness with expert perfection. As for the tantalising food and beverage itself, you are unlikely to find a better steak restaurant anywhere in the Algarve. Our compliments to the Chef!
