Very nice restaurant, very good food and outstanding staff! The waiter Ze is fluent in 5 languages (Portuguese - of course -, English, Spanish, French and Italian) it was almost entertaining to listen to him jump between tables and “sing” the menu so enthusiastically. Great visit card himself alone! Food delicious, we ordered a “bacalhau que nunca chega” and a “polvo à lagareiro” and had a lovely mixed salad as a starter. Very nice cozy and typical place to enjoy and return! Obrigada Ze!

The restaurant is a traditional place, located in a beautiful house. Service is impecable and the food was simply delicious: don’t miss the cazao soup, nor the farinheira!

We appreciated the server’s suggestions for delicious local food. Roasted pork and cod with potatoes were excellent.

Nice food and staff

The food (the lamb stew with baked potatoes) was delicious but the portions were very small. The two of us ordered the same and it came on one plate, the salad on the other. When comparing the dishes on other tables it seemed that the portion for 2 of us was almost the same as for 1 person.

Arrived for dinnerwith our family. The server was very idiosyncratic but efficient. His recommendations were delicious. The bizarre part was the additional 5 side dishes that arrived to the table - and the message that iff we eat them we would have to pay for them. Food portions are large in Portugal so we had them taken away. The main black pork and tuna were fantastic and with a good bottle of red the bill was only 85 Euros. Great value and overall an entertaining evening with the server.

Small restaurant, with great food and friendly staff. Due to its size, i suggest reservations before going. Had the pork and the octopus and they were outstanding. Price around 20€ per person.
