Em pleno Terreiro do Paço encontramos o Restaurante Rib, Beef & Wine. O conceito foi implementado pelo Chef Rui Martins no Porto, apresentando uma carta de autor com carnes de boa qualidade. Por sua vez em Lisboa, é Luís Rodrigues quem está à frente da cozinha, com vários detalhes adaptados à cultura lisboeta.

O Chef Luís Rodrigues (que passou pelo restaurante Bastardo), já deixou a sua marca na ementa, criando pratos novos, tal como o camarão frito com Macieira e Malagueta. Luís, natural de Ponte de Lima, tem uma ligação muito grande com a carne que usa e confecciona, por isso, tudo é escolhido ao mais pequeno detalhe: a qualidade, o corte, a origem.

Everything here is really outstanding. They have a great wine list in which you can get special bottle at a good price. Also, lots of stuff if you don't eat beef

Our experience was amazing. I booked a table days in advance for 4 via email and the response was fast and efficient. On arrival, we were sat at best table. The food was exquisite and the wine (suggested by one of our waiters - Ricardo), was delicious. The customer service (Ricardo) was brilliant, making us enjoy the night even more. The food came out at the right times, not rushed nor too long in between. The food was exellent - wonderfully cooked and full of flavour.

We arrived at the restaurant 30 minutes early and were shown straight to our table. Our waiter introduced himself as Adam and was very pleasant, being jovial and bantering with his colleagues including us. We weren’t opposed to this but after hearing the repertoire repeated to every single table throughout the evening it became tiresome. I asked for a wine recommendation and was pointed to several different options and took the advice given. The starters were lovely. We had liver and o ion and fondant potato and chips, egg and cheese (sounds dreadful but was delicious) unfortunately we ordered the Tomahawk steak which was a sharing dish at €60. It wasn’t pleasant. There was so much fat and the steak was cold. We couldn’t get our waiters attention and so decided to eat and pay and leave without dessert which was a shame.

We loved it here. We ate with our 9 year old and we all had a lovely meal and a lovely evening. The steak was great, as was the seafood and the service was exemplarary and incredibly knowledgeable and friendly - a tricky mix to pull off. We’d all really recommend it Not the cheapest place you will eat but worth every penny.

Our server/waiter suggested that we order the appetizers and main course at the same time so it would not be delayed. We ordered meat croquettes for the appetizer. For the main course, my wife selected a sirloin steak and I opted for the ribeye. The waiter at this point suggested we should order a couple of sides which we did based on his suggestion. When the main course arrived, the ribeye steak was huge. During this time we heard another server/waiter helping another customer and informing them that the ribeye is meant to be shared. Our waiter never mentioned this to us. When we told him, he acknowledged that he should have mentioned about the quantity. The hostess came to process the credit card and we told her as well about the issue. She also acknowledged the mistake but no compensation was offered in any form. Not wanting to create a scene, we paid in full. However, they should have offered some kind of compensation. Very disappointed with the way this was handled by the staff and management.

A little bit pricey but the service was excellent!! Our waiter Adam was great, and we were there for a birthday celebration, the cake with a candle was a perfect gesture.

Very helpful staff, friendly atmosphere. The restaurant itself is very nice, and cozy. We liked the ceiling which is very romantic. The food is great - though the dessert was too much even though we choose to share. Our stomachs were apparantly too full.
