DUE SALE - Nel contesto di Dozza, in provincia di Bologna, si trova il Ristorante Canè, situato all’interno dell’omonimo hotel. Dispone di due ampie sale interne e di una splendida terrazza esterna con veduta mozzafiato. La sala interna più grande, ottima anche per cerimonie, ha una capacità ricettiva di 100 persone. L’altra sala interna, con archi e colonne in pietra a vista fatte a mano, ha invece una capienza di 50 persone.

CUCINA - Il locale propone una cucina emiliano - romagnola con una particolare cura nella preparazione dei primi piatti. Per quanto riguarda i secondi piatti si distingue su tutti il pollo alla diavola cotto alla brace di legna.

CANTINA - Inoltre, è molto fornita anche la carta dei vini.

The atmosphere was fantastic, beautiful view and blooming flowers every where. The food was excellent we had the vegetable mista. My friend had the tortilini filled with ricotta. Very good but very rich. I had the filet of sliced beef with olive oil and rosemary, out of this world every slice was cooked to perfection, medium rare. Side of spinach that melted on your mouth.
