We ended up here for New Years Eve menu by sheer chance and really glad we did. Lovely little restaurant with lovely table at window overlooking a pool. Service was fantastic and the seafood menu was wonderful.

Today we were eating our dinner at this restaurant. First of all the dishes were not good- average at most. We ordered 2 desserts by the end of the meal. After half an hour waiting - I tried to reach the waiter in order to ask for the dessert. He came to me with the bill and there were 2 desserts charged on the bill. I said that we had not had our desserts yet. Once we realised he forgot (which he admitted) we asked to cancel the desserts and give us the bill anyway. We paid and left the restaurant- we did not want to wait another 10-20 minutes for desserts as we were already nervous and most importantly- there was a horrible smell of oil or something burnt from the kitchen. I think their ventilation system was not working. What is the worst is that once we got to our hotel i rechecked the bill and noticed that the waiter cancelled just 1 of 2 desserts. The other one was still there and we paid for it! As an evidence I attach a picture of the bill - the dessert is the last position. I do not recommend going there- average food, horrible service and potential fraud with charging the customers. What the Fork!?

Very nice family run Italian/Mediterranean restaurant, next to the Altimira residence complex. Traditional style and seating, Food is more fish than meat which h is to be expected on an island like Tenerife. Smallish menu but quality and service are excellent and wines are very good with good quality price ratio. Highly recommended.

We spent our Christmas Eve at Ristorante Desiderio - the food and service were excellent. Everything was fresh and seasoned to perfection- it is not common to find raw fish dishes in Costa Adeje so this place stood out and we really had the most enjoyable time. Thank you!

We both had prawns in orange cream which was not good. I had a spaghetti with crayfish which contained 2 very small crayfish. I mentioned this to the server who told me there should be shrimp also in the sauce and that he would check with the kitchen. I didn’t hear back so on paying I asked what the kitchen had said he just looked at me confused and told me the lady behind me had the same issue. The menus were grubby and needed a good clean. I will surprised if this place is still open in a couple of months.

What a wonderful restaurant! The homemade food was incredible. had seafood pasta and my partner black ravioli stuffed with seafood. For dessert we had tiramisu and I believe something called a pistachio (warm) tart which was out of this world. Our waiter, Salvatore, made us feel extremely welcome and was top class. He introduced us to the owners, who were the chefs, and translated what we said to them in Italian. There was another very friendly waiter there whose name we do not know. The restaurant is small with great ambiance which is very much down to Salvatore and his colleague. We will be attending again in a few nights and can’t wait!! Many thanks to Salvatore, his colleague and the owners for providing us with a lovely evening….. Charles & Shona

A hidden gem in costa Adeje! It doesn’t look like much from the outside and it was very quiet, but don’t be put off, the food was sooo delicious!! The service was also excellent. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again!

The staff had no problem switching between our languages (we offered spanish, italian, and english). Flexibility was great (we are complicated), and food quality was on par. For me, portion size could have been a little bit bigger for the price, but then, everything was fresh, locally sourced (well, with exceptions, obviously), and we felt very much welcome. Shoutout to the crew - thank you!

We recently had the pleasure of dining at a hidden gem of a restaurant in Costa Adeje for the second time, and we have to say that the experience was absolutely superb from start to finish. The food and service were both amazing, which is why we decided to go back. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff, who were incredibly attentive to our needs throughout the entire meal. One thing that really stood out to us was the fact that the chef himself came out to talk to us about our meal. He was clearly passionate about the food that he was creating, and he took the time to come out and show us the fresh ingredients caught that day. Speaking of the food, everything we tried was fantastic, pizza, pastas and fresh fish! The pistachio cake was a particular standout - it was absolutely delicious, perfectly moist and packed with flavor. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we've been trying to replicate the recipe at home! It's clear that the chef and his team are masters of their craft, and we can't wait to see what other culinary delights they come up with in the future. We also have to mention the clientele at this restaurant - everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Now, we have to admit that the premises of the restaurant are not particularly fancy or impressive from the outside. But please, do not be disillusioned by this! Once you step inside, you'll be transported to a world of incredible food and warm hospitality that will make you want to come back again and again. Which is why we walked so long on the second occasion to enjoy this lovely restaurant. In summary, if you're looking for an amazing dining experience in Costa Adeje, we can't recommend this restaurant highly enough. From the incredible service to the delicious food and friendly clientele, everything about it was truly top-notch.
