Spectacular setting and creative spin on traditional, classic cuisine. Professional, friendly service. Exceptional wine service by a knowledgeable and well grounded sommelier- with a deep appreciation of the indigenous varietals for which puglia is known. This was an experience that I will look forward to having again.

One of the most beautiful locations to eat dinner, yet felt so exclusive, a truly hidden gem! The food was delicious and staff were so attentive! Would absolutely return. Would also make a beautiful venue for a private event!

Truly exceptional dining experience! My wife invited me here for our wedding anniversary and it was the perfect open air fine dining experience. The menu is very focused, the amuse-Bouches were stunning, and the plates both refined and innovative. The portions are typical for high end dining, the service was impeccable, and the setting very photogenic. The location is rural, but it is definitely worth the trip.

It is difficult to find this place, but once you are there, you will enjoy it. Home made dishes and an excellent wine selection by the glass. A cosy country side place with genuine service and attention to details.

My boyfriend and I went for the afternoon to take a tour of the Masseria and then do a cooking class where we made pasta and other fishes fresh from the garden on site. Then we are the food we cooked at night. To say this was AMAZING would be an understatement! We had an absolutely incredible afternoon learning to cook - thank you for the great day and spectacular food! What we cooked/ate: Foccacia - best I've ever had Orcchiette with green beans, tomatoes and sauce - UNREAL Eggplant parmasean - best I've ever had Short crust pastry - yummmmmmmm
