Very good food, and exactly the right amount in the 4 course tasting menu, with superb Etna wines. But rather out of the way, and on a quiet midweek evening rather short of convivial, regrettably.

We dined at this restaurant on Christmas Eve. And we choose the four course set menu by the chef with the Etna wine pairing. Even though the food was nice unfortunately nothing special. The wines paired with the food was served in too small quantities. We spend 165 euros for a 50 minute experience and isn't that what going out to diner at this place should be all about? Bread was excellent, as was the cook's take of the "norma" dish, and the tuna belly with stracciatella. I particularly that even though we ordered two dishes that were not in the menu, they were not outrageously priced. Honesty shall always be rewarded!

Very good restaurant. I really liked the idea of eating only local products to limit the carbon footprint of my dishes. Plus the food was excellent and they had a large wine menu. Really enjoyed that! The only flip side is the noise on the terrace as it is on a street with a lot of traffic.

My very first experience with a Michelin restaurant. The whole experience was fantastic. I feel very lucky to have stumbled upon this quaint place nestled on a simple street. The food was simple and complex at the same time. I experienced multiple flavors in every single bite. Even multiple flavors from the same course in each bite. The acid in the lemon and the complicated mix of quality ingredients is something very unique. i highly recommend the dark chocolate pear desert. It was amazing! I will be back again for another round soon.

The concept is to utilize local products and create new tasting experiences. We enjoyed this very much, service and food were at high level.
