This restaurant is in a fantastic location, food was excellent & we enjoyed it immensely. Most of the staff were extremely efficient but the owner was quite rude & unwelcoming. We would visit again despite this & have been twice before.

we had my boyfriends dinner here, 3 people plus dog. while the food was allright, the service was very unorganized: only 1 person apparently took orders, the other girls were only 'allowed' to serve and clean and what appeared to be the boss stood around with a not so pleasant look on his face controlling everything yet not helping at all. we waited quite some time before we could even order. we ordered a focaccia to share with our aperitiv, half of the focaccia was basically raw. I asked to put 3-4 slices back in the pizza oven for a few minutes and realized they were not happy with my request. the vitello tonnato was very tasty, but a small portion fo 15 euro. all in all I have to say the food was good but overprized for what it was. it's a shame, location is great, but the owner (or whatever he is) does not make you feel welcome at all. we certainly will not go back there.

The service was slow and chaotic. They kept forgetting things - and not only at our table as we saw. Also their attitude was not the most delightful. (As hospitality professionals we understand if some of them was a beginner/apprentice but then they were not properly supervised.) I ordered a coke and they served it with the can. My FILETTO DI TROTA SALMONATA was tasty but the side dish was disappointing in quantity as it was literally 3 pieces of 2cm carrots hiding under the salmon. My partner was not pleased either as his FRITTO DI LAGO mostly included fish skin instead of meat and it didn't have any side dish which is a little bit misleading on the menu. Also would be nice to offer some sauce for it. At the end the (seemed to be) manager offered us a grappa as an apology so that was a nice gesture but afterall our satisfaction was 2/5. The location is really beautiful - only slightly crowded.

The View of the lake is fantastic and you should try to get a table outside. My kids ordered pizza and they arrived long before the moral ne and my wife ordered. Both the entrecôte and the lamb was overdone so maybe we should have taken pasta or pizza…

Visited last year and had been impressed so returned again. The setting is superb but on this occasion we were so disappointed and ended up walking out after two hours after having only received our starters. Service very very slow and no explanations offered despite asking several times. One person out of five received a meal.

Everything is very good : delicious pizza, pasta a la carbonara or beef filet... Place with beautiful view on the lake... Very nice staff... We went there twice!
