Best place in florence ????????????
The service was very slow. Food was good, but I will not return because of the poor service. The restaurant was not full, yet still the service was so slow.
Very cool , great food , great ambiance highly recommend it , amazing wine ,we will be back again don’t miss it, a great find in the heart of Firenze
Exquisite experience... Totally a dinner to remember!
The food, especially the fish dishes were not fresh, in addition the service was way too slow. When in Florence, enjoy Italian food, as this place probably not the best choice for dinner
The concept and the atmosphere of the place is just incredible and the service was great, we were happy to be there and had a great night. Some of us didn’t really enjoy some of the dishes, but it was just a matter of different tastes I guess. What prevents me from being thrilled with the food is that I’m vegan and online I understood that this restaurant is recommended also for vegans, but the options for me were very limited, the food was not really satisfying in terms of richness of taste + none of the desserts were vegan.
Ambiente originale e atmosfera calda
Locale splendido, ricco di atmosf era e personale super empatico! Una perla nel centro di Firenze
Superb find! Staff were very welcoming and attentive, food was delicious and different and all in a very unique restaurant. Highly recommended.
Amazing place, beautiful details, professional and kind staff and last but not least, incredible food. Absolutely recommended!
Ignored by waiter. Manager/owners sat 2 seats away from us with their dog and breast fed their newborn for 40 minutes. When asked by the waiter how our meal was I said mediocre, my husband said average, the waiter said, “would you like dessert?” Portions were very small. Hugely disappointed.
The food was amazing. It was difficult to choose what to order because they all sounded great. We ordered a la carte for each course. It was nice the waiter explained each dish when they were served. The atmosphere was great. It was a super cool place with a bistro in the front and restaurant in the back. The couple shops they had in the front were pretty cool. Highly recommended!
As expected the portions were small but extremely flavourful and beautifully presented. Service very pleasant but slow. Nice atmosphere and interesting touches such as the beautiful flowers for sale made it a unique and satisfying experience
Everything was a great experience... welcoming staff, great food & a very nice atmosphere. The place is big but you will not feel so as there are many different rooms.
We have enjoyed lunch here several times over the past two years. The food preparation and presentation is really good. We look forward to lunch again soon.
Our waiter was a young really nice Italian man. He didn’t speak too much English so at one point he asked another one to help me select the wine. The other waiter who came was very rude, short and not helpful at all. I don’t know if he didn’t like that we didn’t get a bottle of wine but just a glass. Not sure. I didn’t pay attention at first thinking “oh well maybe he is like that.” But then I saw how he treated other customers in the other table. The sad part it was my birthday and it was disappointing but we enjoyed the music(piano), the atmosphere and our conversation-making fun of the situation. Our food? Ehhh, it was ok... too expensive.... for the service and the quality of food we received. I will recommend the café part-better menu selection too.
Beautiful atmosphere! The service is very welcoming and had great knowledge about the products and wines! Loved the food and specially the desserts. Do try!
The venue was great and the staff welcoming. The food was imaginative and interesting. There was a mixup in my order, however. I received a course that could have been a very generous amuse-bouche, not knowing they substituted the spaghetti and anchovy dish I had ordered with a pea pod salad! I ended up paying for three dishes instead of two. Similar restaurants would have taken the food I didn’t order off the bill. An expensive lunch. Other than that, I would recommend the restaurant if you want something dry different from the usual Italian fare. A they also have a bistrot in addition to the restaurant. Really, despite the food overload, it was a welcoming retreat from a blistering hot Florentine day.
