Such a beautiful venue in Tuscany! The staff greeted us warmly and the food was absolutely amazing. We did the tasting menu and nothing disappointed. It was also such a great price for everything we tried and enjoyed. We had an excellent Chianti wine recommendation which the chef paired dishes with perfectly. Would definitely come back!

It's very easy to give too many very good restaurants overly enthusiastic ratings, and in the case of Osmosi, there is not an option to give this exceptional restaurant the rating it actually deserves. It is more than very good--the food, the presentation, the cantine, the service, the warm, generous hospitality were all exceptional in an area known for superb food and service. That is saying a lot. The chef manages to create gorgeous, interesting food that is faithful to the locale and the season, and the displays his wonderful technical skills in combination with skillful blending of texture and flavor...and his dishes are both interesting (but not bizarre) and satisfying. I left feeling well fed and well cared for, and exceedingly happy. Isn't that what every diner wants from a restaurant? Absolutely worth a trip! Absolutely worth the price! Absolutely a a new treasure in the Val di Chiana.

It was a pleasure to find this lovely restaurant. Set in a beautiful location, very comfortable and with excellent service. The food was very good ( if a little too much salt for our taste) and a great selection of wines. Thank you the team.

What a great find! We stumbled upon this place while touring around Montepulciano and I’m so glad we did. It was one of the best meals on our entire trip to Italy. I can’t wait to go back.

What a beautiful setting and memorable meal! We enjoyed the 5 course menu. Local flavors of Tuscany masterfully created throughcontemporary cuisine. The staff were very welcoming and clearly enjoyed sharing the flavors and cuisine of the restaurant with guests!

Unbelievable great! The fact Michelin hasn’t rewarded with a star makes no sense. Got the 7 course tasting menu - so flavorful and such fair price! This is a must do! Service was the best with waiters serving all at the table at the same time.

Beautiful location in a winery at the foot of Montepulciano. Very stylish hotel / restaurant. Great view over the vineyards. Very innovativ Tuscan food, service and wine list is outstanding. Good price / value.

The only reason I give 3 stars for ambience is because lunch was quiet, we were the only diners. However the staff were so attentive and the whole experience was incredible. Please try this place because the chef is trying something different; it’s really good and it’s great value!

Amazing surrounding and great wine menu with a variety of local Nobiles and Brunellos. The menu offers a selected choice of traditional Italian dishes with a modern twist. Unfortunately, this is not always convincing because the taste suffers by adding chic ingredients. Service is good but the waitress might have had a bad day - she was impolite and half-hearted. Furthermore, although sitting outside smoking should not be allowed. When trying to enjoy the wine and meal smoke disturbed the experience. The waiters appeared a little bit confused when people started to smoke but did not say anything to these guests. In total, a stylish restaurant with non-standard dishes with a service which could be improved.
