8.5/10Tables were right on the Grand Canal at one of the less scenic spots, but one certainly does get the sense of the busy traffic on the canal as boats of every share and variety are going back and forth constantly. The service was competent and friendly, although the food could have been better. Nonetheless, it was enjoyable to watch the sunset over the water while enjoying the Venice atmosphere.

4/10I think the experience here depends on the waiter that you get. Ours was very inattentive and barely paid us any attention. When we asked him to come to our table, he mumbled and was hard to understand. But we noticed and overheard tables nearby getting great service. Food was average. Overall our service experience in Venice was subpar compared to Tuscany (Florence, Siena).

9/10A little torn about this review. Ambience was perfect by the water - the food was delish But it appears they restauran maybe understaffed and because it was a Saturday it didn’t help. We saw our waiter maybe twice- otherwise we had to ask other waiters and staff for additional drinks - dessert- and bill.

9.5/10They went above and beyond to accommodate our last minute change in reservation, my failure to mention gluten tolerance when I ordered my pasta. They welcomed us with our early arrival as we changed the time from 7 to 5:30. I forgot to ask for my gluten free pasta and they made sure I received it anyway. They made me a fresh loaf of gluten free bread. I enjoyed my dinner without getting sick as they went above and beyond to accommodate me and my table. It was really hot outside and after 7 hours in the sun we decided to eat in. They turned the air down to make us comfortable. Super welcoming, attentive, polite, helpful and last but not least the food was delicious! I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Hats off to all the staff and the chef.

9/10One of the best meals we have had in Venice. There were 4 of us and the food orders varied from seafood panicceri to pasta carbonara to a seafood ravioli and a shrimp dish. All were well flavored and presented beautifully. This restaurant is fine dining so don’t go if you are in a hurry.

4.5/10Beautiful location, but mediocre food and lousy service will drive us to a cheaper competitor which will have same beautiful view. Guess it started badly when restaurant denied having Fork reservation which caused them to create an impromptu table which was too small and at end of service area.
