Para ocupar mesa en este restaurante de aire moderno y sobrio hay que desplazarse hasta la localidad de Caldes de Montbui. Esta localidad es famosa por sus aguas termales y tiene un centro histórico encantador y un bonito entorno natural para dar grandes paseos tras el ágape. Y entregarse al placer de degustar la cocina catalana tradicional con pinceladas creativas de este restaurante cuya carta nos depara propuestas tan tentadoras como el canelón de foie con ensalada de membrillo. O la ensalada de conejo en escabeche, los pies de cerdo rellenos de pimientos escalibados y ciruelas o la romescada de calamares.

Robert de Nola es un buen exponente de la vinculación entre cocina y territorio, gracias a su apuesta por los productos de temporada y proximidad y a su vocación de reivindicar los ingredientes propios del Vallès Oriental, la comarca a la que pertenece. Buenos ejemplos son los crujientes de verduras de la huerta con romesco, el timbal de butifarra negra con naranja y gratinado de queso Tou de Til·lers o el mel i mató.

Excellent traditional Catalan cuisine restaurant with a twist! Amazing owner that explained the dishes and came up with several off carte ideas! Also suggested an amazing wine for 12 euros a bottle!! We will be back soon ❤️
