This small restaurant was a discovery The food is amazing and the plate presentation stunning. In particular I really appreciate the attention to detail and the balance of flavours in each bite. The interior is a little bare but it compensate with a very warm and welcoming staff

The sushi is amazing. This is not the place to come to if you want to just eat a bunch of salmon and tuna nigiri ( though you can of course if you so wish) but to be amazed by great flavour and texture in the rolls. Service and food is amazing. Although I understand the reasoning for the more minimalist restaurant decor they now have I personally liked the creative chaos from before more and found the look now a bit too bland. But at the end of the day the sushi sings not the decor.
