The restaurant is in a beautiful location, right on the beach. It has two floors with terrace seating on the ground and upper level. The decor is modern, neutral with earthy tones, a fine dining experience. The service is fabulous. We were greeted promptly and seated just as quickly. We do not speak good Spanish but the waitstaff all delivered in fine English. We ordered a variety of food. First was the bluefin tartar, which was beautifully presented. The fish was extremely fresh but the flavor was lacking a wow factor needed for 22€. Next we had barbecue octopus. It was not the best presentation (kind of looked like someone threw up on a plate). But the cook on the octopus was perfect and it was very flavorful. For our mains we had ibérico pork and bacalao (cod). The pork was very good, seasoned well, but a little over cooked and a bit underwhelming. I wanted more. The cod was unfortunately a big let down. There was a small piece of cod that was swallowed up by an overwhelming amount of cream sauce. Good flavor but next time I want more fish than sauce. Our desserts were great, so it was a good finish. In my opinion, you are paying a premium for a fine dining experience on the beach, but one that just missed the mark for commanding such a premium. You won’t be disappointed by the service and the venue, but the food falls short.

This is one of our favourite restaurants, my friends and I use it as often as we can. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the setting cannot be bettered, and the quality of the food is superb. We have always had a lovely time here, overlooking the Bay of Roses. Wonderful!

Although i was requested to confirm twice my reservation, upon arrival our table was not ready. At 20h The restaurant was still empty but the waiter ignored us. After waiting about ten minutes unattended and finally deciding to chose a suitable front line table ourselfes the waiter pointed another table at the back set-up for only for 2 while our reservation was for 3. We refused and expressed our intention of leaving if our table was not ready. Suddenly the table we had chosen first place, on the front line, became available. The service was slow to star but all went well afterwards. The food (entrees and main dishes) was excellent but the choice of deserts was very limited and very ordinary which is not acceptable for a restaurant at this level.

The menu is confusing ... French, Spanish, Japanese and English customs around us all struggled to pull a meal together. There was little help from staff. It’s also expensive and some plates were simply disappointing... with so many staff in the kitchen the standards should be higher... overall a disappointing evening
