Waiter forgot about our order. Waited 40 minutes for 1 starter. Mains were rushed when the Waiter realised our order had been forgotten about. Service was terrible and such a shame as we have been here many times before without any isses

Beautiful food, Fantastic service, our first choice when we are in Tenerife. My sons favourite, he always requests to go to this restaurant. The lasagne is the best on the menu in my opinion!

Can not fault the service of the staff but both main courses were awful. My husband and I are both back at our hotel with upset stomach's. My husband had beef tenderloin tips which were very chewy, and I had chicken with Italian mushrooms which was quite sickening. Neither of us ate even half our meals. A disappointing experience.

No soap in the gents toilets, mentioned to staff & nothing was done, ignored . In these COVID times totally unacceptable. No tip left due to this issue.

Very rude waitress with the blonde hair. Everybody got bread before the meal but not us. Took 15 minutes to get drinks to have with the meal. Very bad service

Restaurant came highly recommended so we booked which was a good idea as people were getting turned away. Front of house guy was very unwelcoming and we waited ages to be offered and then served a drink - not enough staff on duty for such a busy restaurant. Starter was brilliant but my main course wasn’t as described on menu and was just ok.

Food was ok but nothing special. Service really lacking a warm welcome and attentiveness. Especially the host and head waiter weren’t particularly friendly. Wouldn’t eat there again.
