Service was poor. Ordered 4 different starters which arrived warm. Wasn’t given any plates to eat off, tried to ask the server for plates and was told to wait and he never came back. So we decided to cut our losses and not bother to order mains. We asked for the bill and the FORK discount was not applied so I decided to speak to a girl behind the bar/counter she apologised and applied the discount I also said I was not happy in paying service seeing as I was not given a plate to eat off (standard you would have thought). This was also removed and as a goodwill gesture our drinks ( 1 beer & 1 sml water) was also removed. We have been eating at Rosas for the last 10 yrs and even ate at the Victoria branch 2 weeks previously which was 10/10 good service & fresh hot food. I think this particular branch is under staffed and definitely could taste the difference in the food.

A litany of disasters... Where to start. First, despite having a booking, they were so full and overwhelmed. Had to wait 15 mins for a table. Second, given a table right by the entrance, door always open, freezing cold. Third, understaffed. Had to get own drinks. Food took some time to arrive. Fourth, unbearably loud and echoey place when it's full house. Fifth, don't order the chicken rice one plate. The chicken was very dry.

We arrived on time. Unfortunately, after over 20 minutes our (drinks or food) order had not been taken, despite us prompting the staff that we were ready. Instead they were making up tables next to us and seating more guests, even after we had indicated we wanted to order. The restaurant was fairly busy and a table next to us had to get up from their table to obtain and pay their bill. Given the lack of interest in serving us, we decided to leave.

The food was ok, nothing special unlike other Thai restaurants, service was fine but a bit surprised when a waitress came to remove the table dressings while we were finishing, service charge 12.5% added which really should be discretionary and not standard as to bring food and take it away is not worthy of a large tip! Food pricey for what it was and cold plates = cold food very quickly! Overall ok and staff friendly, just not great as had hoped.
