A bit disappointed on this occasion, the service was slow, maybe because not enough staff upstairs or perhaps it was a busy evening. There appeared to be more tables crammed together with little space between each occupied table. We will consider Rosas's again but maybe try another restaurant.

VERY POOR SERVICE. We went there on a Saturday evening for dinner. Placed the order for drinks and food at around 19.45. The drinks came fairly soon but starters did not. After around 40mins asked what was going on as two other tables that were seated after us had their food. They said it was coming. After another 10mins she came back to say the chicken satay will take longer to cook and we would have to wait another 15mins, but they could bring the shrimps now. We said okay. Waited another 10mins and she came with the shrimps and the satay and all the mains together. Satay was cold, burnt and chewy. Called the waiter over as we went happy and his excuse was it's very busy and they have three floors. Asked why others had their food before us we were told because they only ordered mains and the chicken satay takes long to cook on the grill. I'm sorry, but you should know Saturday evening in the theatre district in London will always be busy. If you can't cope you need more staff it is not the customer's problem. If you had told us we would need to wait over an hour for starters when I ordered, we would have ordered mains only or left to go somewhere else.

Authentic Thai food and very attentive service. Highly recommended if you want to sample authentic Thai food though the ambience may be a bit basic for the prices

We were a party of 5 and our table was I. The top floor of the building. There were two other group parties in the same room. It was very very noisy. We ordered one classic and one veggie platter of starters. Several items were not hot and the chicken skewers were cold. Two of the main courses weren’t hot enough and had to be sent back and they were heated up. The waitress took the service off the bill. They don’t serve coffee. All in all it wasn’t a great experience and we won’t be back. The food was tasty once it was hot enough.

The staff weren't the friendliest, but I think it was so busy and they were so understaffed that they were rushing around so it's not really their fault. However, the food was just spectacular, so delicious, fresh and of high quality. Possibly my favourite thai food place! thanks!
