El Restaurante Rosario nace de la mano de nuestros Chefs María de los Ángeles y José, en Abril del 2012.
Rosarinos de nacimiento y afincados en Sitges donde se encuentra nuestro restaurante, ubicado en el Port d'aiguadoç.

Nuestra cocina se caracteriza por la cultura gastronómica Argentina y Mediterránea, fusionamos lo más tradicional como nuestra parrilla cocinada a fuego de brasa lenta y la auténtica y saludable dieta mediterránea.

Nuestra calidad y atención al cliente hace de nuestro restaurante un lugar de referencia, donde nos acompaña un entorno excepcional al lado del mar. Contamos con una amplia carta de platos y postres caseros que podrás acompañar con una extensa variedad de vinos y cavas. Estaremos encantados de recibiros.

Food was well presented. the salad was different using sweet fruit and Moderna Balsamic which was awesome in taste. The Argentian steak was cooked to perfection by a chef using open fired grill. After we received the steak the chef came to the table to make sure they were medium rare cooked to our liking.
I don't understand some of the comments on tripadvisor; being a well travelled person and a steak lover, I would recommend this experience. Afterwards I complimented the chef proving we enjoyed it. My service rating is low simply because it's the norm for Spain.
